2. Payments and Pricing
All fees are quoted in US dollars. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and bank transfers.
3. Policy on Reimbursements and Rescheduling
We understand that plans may change. This section outlines our reimbursement and rescheduling terms.
3.1 Service Reimbursement and Rescheduling
Clients may request a reimbursement up to 14 days before the scheduled appointment. Approved requests will be processed within 7 business days. To request a reimbursement or to reschedule, please visit Contact Us. Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the appointment without additional fee. No reimbursement is offered for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, as resources and personnel are allocated upon confirmation.
3.2 Digital Information Products
For electronic guides and virtual tours, clients may request a reimbursement within 7 days of purchase if the download link has not been accessed. Approved requests will be processed within 5 business days. Once the link has been accessed or downloaded, no reimbursement will be granted due to the nature of the product.
3.3 Physical Goods Shipment and Reimbursement
Purchased printed materials and merchandise can be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Clients must contact us at Contact Us to obtain authorization to send items back. Approved shipments will be processed within 7 business days of receipt at our facility. Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
